Check-in & access schedule · when the guest's entry code is released in the guide (UK time, all properties)

Codes appear at midnight if the flat was cleaned the day before (guest told "from early"), the moment the clean completes on the day ("ready now"), or at the release hour otherwise. The check-out reminder message goes out at the set hour the evening before departure. 24-hour clock, e.g. 12 = noon, 15 = 3pm, 16 = 4pm, 19 = 7pm.
Saved.
🔒 Entry codes · sensitive — released to the guest only when the flat is ready
This is the door/lockbox code shown in the guest's guide. It is never shown before the flat is ready (per the schedule above): at midnight if cleaned the day before, the moment the clean completes on the day, or by the release time otherwise. KeyNest flats generate a code automatically per stay.

🔑 Cleaner access codes · operational entry codes shown to the cleaner on every clean for that property
One code per line, e.g. Lockbox: 1958. These appear in a panel at the top of the checklist in the cleaner app (igloo, lockbox, communal door, Nuki, KeyNest collection/drop-off). Separate from the guest entry code above, and always visible to the assigned cleaner.

Onboarding
Send a new agent a self-serve onboarding link, or set one up directly. Owners and their properties are added beneath the agent.
📨 Send onboarding to a new agent · self-serve link
Creates a link you can send. They fill in their company details plus a deep questionnaire for every property (cleaners, maintenance, access & gas gates, pricing, compliance) and upload drawings/photos. When they submit, it lands here with an AI setup brief and the team is alerted.
